Situated at the north end of Charleston Lake, in Charleston Village, Kelsey's Marina is centrally located about 10 km from Athens; 25 minutes from Brockville and just a bit over an hour from  both Kingston and Ottawa.

Charleston Lake Canada Day Fireworks and Poker Run (first weekend in July), Farmersville Exhibition & Steam Fair in July and Cornfest in August are examples of the local get-togethers offered in the area.

Kelsey's Marina, with Dwight Kelsey as same founder and owner since 1967, offers a wide variety of marine sales and service.  Offering both inboards and outboard models from small utility boats to fishing boats, fish-n-ski, bowriders, deck boats and pontoons, Kelsey's is proud of our top-notch, factory trained technicians, equaling over 100 years of experience.

We also have boat trailers and welcome your slightly-used consignments!

ABOUT THE AREA: Charleston Lake is located on the Frontenac Axis, a southerly extension of the Precambrian or Canadian Shield that extends from Algonquin Park in Ontario to the Adirondack Mountains of New York State. The Frontenac Axis is characterized by shallow till and rock ridges, and is noticeably different from surrounding lands to the east and west, known as limestone plain, that have a relatively flat topography. The Frontenac Axis area consists of an undulating landscape, with relatively bare rock knobs interspersed with channels filled with clay.
