-living room (TV) with sofabed- -dining area - -kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and bottled water dispenser) -master bedroom (double bed) -2nd bedroom (bunk bed)- -bathroom (3 pc) - Propane BBQ - -screened porch -includes 1 dock spot and angle parking for vehicle/trailer (trailer to be detached from car) across road.
PLEASE LEAVE PLACE AS CLEAN AS YOU FOUND IT; minimum broom-clean, sinks, shower, toilet clean, dishes washed and put away (including from dishwashers if avail), no food left in fridge except possibly condiments; PLEASE NOTIFY KELSEY’S MARINA OF ANY PERCEIVED PROBLEMS UPON ARRIVAL SO THAT YOU ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE.
